All special orders, bikes and trikes are final sale. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns and exchanges on all other merchandise are accepted for 21 days from date of purchase, when accompanied by an original invoice or receipt. Merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging. Items that are opened, damaged, or do not have a receipt may be denied refund or exchange.

Returns from orders made through must be processed within 21 days from the original ship date. Web returns require an authorization from a sales staff member, available by calling 612-827-8000 or emailing inquiry (at) perennialcycle (dot) com. We ask that you ship any goods you are returning via trackable mail such as USPS Priority Mail service, UPS, or FedEx. Except in cases of shipping errors or merchandise damaged in shipping, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Perennial Cycle reserves the right to deny any return/exchange based on the condition of the merchandise. Perennial Cycle reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. For your privacy, we do not retain credit card information after a web order has been completed and shipped. If requesting a return, be prepared to provide your credit card number in order to receive a refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If your order was originally shipped via FREE SHIPPING, your refund will be in the amount of the merchandise total less the shipping fee paid on your behalf. Please allow 7–10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card or PayPal statement.


We honor the manufacturer's warranty policy on every item we sell. If you feel you have a warranty issue with an item you purchased from Perennial Cycle, please contact us or bring the item by the store so we can get it taken care of. 

Please note that repair or replacement of damaged or defective items is at the manufacturer's discretion. In the event that the manufacturer is unable to fulfill your warranty claim, Perennial Cycle is not responsible for repairing or replacing it.
