Return Policy

All special orders, sale items, bikes, and trikes are final sale.

Returns and exchanges on all other merchandise are accepted for 21 days from date of purchase, when accompanied by an original invoice. Merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging. Items that are opened, damaged, or do not have a receipt will be denied refund or exchange. If the item can be put right back on the shelf to be sold and it is returned within 21 days, we will refund you upon receiving it.

Returns from orders made through PerennialCycle.com must be processed within 21 days from the original ship date. If your return item follows the guidelines above, you can send it back with your invoice and a note about the return. You can email questions to online(dot)orders(at) perennialcycle (dot) com. For your security, we never have a full credit card number. If requesting a return, be prepared to provide your credit card number in order to receive a refund unless you paid via paypal. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment whenever possible. Shipping fees, however, are not refundable. If your order was shipped via FREE SHIPPING, your refund will be in the amount of the merchandise total less the shipping fee paid on your behalf. We ask that you ship any goods you are returning via trackable mail. Except in cases of shipping errors or damaged merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Perennial Cycle reserves the right to deny any return/exchange based on the condition of the merchandise. Perennial Cycle reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.
