Tern Chain Guide Pulley Wheel (& Assembly) for GSD, HSD, Quick Haul, Short Haul & Orox

This Chain Pulley Wheel is a direct replacement for the original rubber pulley (or idler) wheel that has come stock on all Tern cargo bikes with a chain. The original rubber pulley wheels were smooth and quiet, but not durable enough for a hard working utility/cargo bike.
We think all bikes needing a replacement pulley wheel should get this product (it's an upgrade).
This is a common service item that needs to be replaced about every 2,000 miles, though it can last much shorter or much longer depending on riding conditions and condition of your chain.
The only bike that currently comes stock with this pulley wheel is the Tern Orox.

If you are replacing a rubber pulley wheel, you will need to buy the FULL ASSEMBLY. If you already have your bike setup with this Chain Pulley Wheel, then you just need the Pulley Wheel w/U-Guide only.

Ideally your Tern Dealer will sell/install the Chain Pulley Wheel when servicing your bike, though we understand that not everyone has a neighborhood Tern Dealer (which is a bummer : \ )
