Brompton 12T 1/2-spd Sprocket, 9-Spline, 3/32”

12-tooth replacement rear sprocket for the Brompton 1 or 2-speed(9-spline).
Fitted as a standard sprocket on current Brompton 1 & 2-speed bikes.
- 12T/16T is the stock combo for a 2sp bike

Cogs and chains wear together!
- If replacing this sprocket we'd expect (and highly recommend) that you also replace the chain. If your bike is a 2-speed, then  you'll need to replace the 2nd sprocket (16T) as well.

The 16T sprocket can be purchased as an optional add-on below.

FYI: While the chains and rear sprockets wear at the same rate and thus need to be replaced at the same time, chainweels (chainrings to americans) wear slower due to the bigger surface area. You will only need to replace the chainwheels for every 2 (or 3) chains/sprockets.
